Returns and refunds
Unopened rolls in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Contact us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product.
Opened rolls of tape cannot be returned once the seal is broken, because the adhesive and backing can no longer be verified as unused.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging, and we will replace or refund it.
