Shipping
Orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Available shipping methods, delivery estimates and costs for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. If your destination is not offered at checkout, contact us and we will confirm whether we can ship there.
Processing time: orders are normally dispatched within 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day.
Duties and taxes: for shipments outside the United States, import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by your local authority on delivery. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Damaged or lost parcels: if a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can file a carrier claim.
