General-purpose polyester film electrical tape for coil wrapping, transformer insulation and harness bundling. UL-rated 130°C and UL746A CTI ≥ 600 V, with a firm enough adhesive to stop the tape end lifting on wound coils.
General-purpose polyester film electrical tape for coil wrapping, transformer insulation and harness bundling.
It is UL rated for 130°C.
One roll is 25 mm wide and 30 m long.
Typical values measured according to JIS or the manufacturer's test methods. Reference values, not guaranteed values.
This is a two-part product. The 0.05 mm polyester film sets the electrical side — a UL130 temperature class and 6.0 kV breakdown — while the acrylic adhesive decides whether the wrap stays put through vibration and mild heat. Acrylic is the right choice below 130 °C; above that, the silicone-adhesive tapes in the same range hold better.
Compare all four temperature classes in electrical insulation tape. If the drawing calls for a rigid plastic sheet instead of a tape, that is a different material and we do not stock it — the collection page explains the difference.
In use
Thin polyester film for anything wound, insulated or rebuilt.
